M23 to Reorganize After Taking Masisi; General Lafontaine to Become Overall Commander

Sources within M23 Congolese rebels and PARECO-Union des Congolais Patriotes pour la Paix (UPCP) inform AfroAmerica Network that M23 will reorganize after taking Masisi.
